Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 8–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping option. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (the threshold will be shown at checkout).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@suitcrest.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
