Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Final sale items (if clearly marked) are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@suitcrest.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges We’re happy to exchange for a different size or style when available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@suitcrest.com with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
